Study the axes of improvement, updating or bringing into conformity of
the uniformity machine (by Repeatability Test), and also we apply a
series of tests (Test frequency) of production conformity (Visual
inspection, Load/Speed test, Foot-Print test, Endurance test, CrossSection & Cured tire measurements) to ensure the same level of quality
according to different regulations and standards (ECE324 "ECE30 &
ECE54", FMVSS.139, WDK, ETRTO, ISO13326 ...).
-Ensure the calibration of the machines (ZF LUB5 & ZF Endurance).
We implement an extensive quality policy. In addition, a quality management and control process are widely documented in order to continuously improve the quality of tires
In-situ analysis were carried out in order to investigate the efficiency of photovoltaic modules made by different technologies. The photovoltaic modules have been submitted to characterization tests (Flash-Test, and electroluminescence).
The outdoor exposure of photovoltaic modules has allowed us to submit modules to semi-humid climatic conditions involving a complex combination of factors (solar radiation, wind, rain, heat…) causing degradation over time. Therefore, this combination of factors has an impact on the analyzed photovoltaic module efficiency.
Then, using the measuring device PVPM 1000C100, different electrical characteristic of the photovoltaic module during exposure in natural site have been determined.
Finally, the analysis of the photovoltaic efficiency allowed a comparison between photovoltaic technologies taking into the account the specific environment.
This is further training in my skills, include the following areas: Telecommunications and Optronics Technology of thin films, Nano-photonics, and optical lenses surfaces)
Cette formation destinés à prendre en charge le développement des techniques optiques dans les domaines de l’instrumentation optique, de l’optoélectronique , de la conception et de la technologie des appareils
My studies at the Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics allowed me to apprehend and take an interest in the field of optics and precision mechanics, the training contains courses and more than 40 practical works, Among the modules were studied: mechanical machining, optical device design, precision mechanism, material resistance, lens technology, wave optics, lasers, technologies, industrial work organization, electronics, electricity, Machining, mechanical design, metrology, machine elements, industrial design, etc.).
Our research topic is intended to develop a standardization of photovoltaic modules in-situ analysis of photonics and quantum yield in arid and semi arid conditions, This is a correlation between the results of measurements (electrical, and optical efficiency) of the one part and the factors that affect the operation of the PV modules (temperature and abrasive sand) on the other.
