• Leading the team that developed a program launched in 36 states that expanded patient emergency care options (ET3).
• Overhauling policies and procedures for federal review and approval of multi-million-dollar state IT systems.
• Developing a software tool to simplify the federal regulation writing process, saving thousands of staff hours.
• Drafted responses to congressional inquiries, briefed cross-agency work groups, and analyzed regulatory comments.
