● Day-to-day management of paid and natural search engine marketing campaigns.

o Maintain the quality and safety environment of the hotel.
o Ensure all areas are in line with the hotel’s quality standards.
o Greet guests and welcome them to The Regency.
o Maintain and Monitor Trip Advisor comments and replies.
o Maintain and Monitor Comment Cards and iPad Survey.
● Public Relations:
o Edit and write press releases in both Arabic and English.
o Develop and maintain relationships with members of the press, Embassies and corporations.
o Develop PR plan and Calendar.
o Maintain events calendar within Kuwait and the GCC.
● Social Media:
o Develop Social Media plan monthly.
o Liaison through social media agency and Regency team.
o Develop and maintain relationships with Social Media Influencers.
o Edit, monitor, approve and develop regular posts on all social media channels.
o Prepare report on development of outlets, rooms, and ballrooms through Social Media.
● Manage accounts of subscribed customers to the research and consulting products.
● Attract new accounts to subscribe or purchase the research and consulting products.
● Handle all Social Media channels.
● Assist Event Manager with The Convergence Summit and The Smart Handheld Summit (both Arab Advisors Group Events).
● Assist Web Developers in creating The Convergence Summit Website.
● Assist Mobile Application Developers in creating The Convergence Summit Mobile App.
● Assist Video Production House in creating The Convergence Summit YouTube video coverage.
