Duties:
- Patient access representative for GPS and VIP patients.
- Working in Referrals from government entities.
- Scheduling appointments for VIP and GPS Patients
- Other Administration work.
- Leading on all flight bookings, visa applications and lead coordination with related departments, field visits and business travel.
- Leading on inventory management, and Request Orders
- Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems
- Responsible for, and check supply invoices against purchase orders
- Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location
- Handling the stationery requests.
- Reception duties
- Monthly checking the Orange invoices for employees mobile phones.
- Lead responsibility for DHL shipments and invoices.
- Leading on work permit and residency for international staff with liaising Human Resources Coordinator
- Supporting team with additional data entry and word processing tasks.
- Supporting team with basic translation of documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.
- Whilst the Office Administrator does not directly supervise the contracted Security Guards or contracted Cleaners, a responsibility is to be aware of any potential security issues, cleaning or maintenance requirements; to observe the standards of their work; and report any issues to the Director of Finance & Administration.
- Liaising with and supporting the whole team regarding any major GFP events.
- Contributing and brainstorming ideas in support of organization objectives.
