After a gap in its production, I was invited to complete the permanent display of the new Qatar
Olympic and Sports Museum’s Hall of Athletes. I have sourced the missing objects for 30 percent of the
display, overseen the finalization of 96 digital media productions, conducted the production and installation of
96 showcases, advised General Director on the museum strategies, and conceived the concepts for a museum
trail, three exhibitions, and museum publication.
I have researched and reattributed around 40 percent of the collection; initiated, fundraised,
and supervised an overall scientific research and technical analysis of the Dutch Painting Collection; curated the first museum trails in the country; introduced inclusive curatorial practices and use of digital technology; created programmes for the patients of a psychiatric hospital; presented the museum at renown international conferences; and created new interpretative strategies and a concept for a new permanent museum display.
