1. Responsible for Maintaining the good condition of the machines inside the plant, such as; Milk Pasteurization system, Filler machines, CIP Units, Conveyors, Labelling Machines, Palletizers, Motor pumps, Date printer machine, automatic Cluster valves, etc.

2. Perform Troubleshooting Electrical/Mechanical Job at the same time.

3. Perform Fabrication. Tig and Arc Welding, Grinding, Painting.

4. Perform Preventive Maintenance Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually.

1. To Operate and Maintain Water Treatment Plant, UltraFiltration, Reverse Osmosis and Calcium Chloride injection.
2. To Perform the following activities according to approve standard operating procedures:
a. Regeneration of multimedia filters and carbon filters
b. Checking the condition and volume of chemicals daily such as, Sodium hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric acid, Sodium metabisulfite, antiscalant and Calcium chloride.
c. Start-up Production of Ultrafiltration and Reverse osmosis.
d. Checksheets and reports submitted daily.
e. Checking the condition of Pumps Air compressors and all dosings.
f. Responsible for replenishing of chemicals with proper safety equipments.
g. Responsible for Chemical Enhance Backwash (CEB) of Ultra filtration, and Clean in Place (CIP) of Ultra Filtration and Reverse Osmosis by using Acid Chemicals.
h. Responsible for Replacing of Cartridge filters, sand and carbon filters, Ultra filtration and Reverse Osmosis membranes.
i. Responsible for checking Ph, Tds, and ORP levels visible in the water using calibrated instruments.
j. Responsible for fixing utility equipments in the area such as, pipes, limit switches, pneumatic valves, air conditioning, lights. Building wiring, paintings, fabrication and maintaining the cleanliness inside and outside the building.

• Responsible for keeping the daily records such as check sheets, Chemical consumptions and Preventive Maintenance ect.
• Responsible for weighing of all raw materials.
• Responsible for replenishing of all chemicals needed for plating production.
• Responsible for operating electroplating of diodes / elements.
• Molding and de Flashing of Diodes / elements.

1. To Operate and Maintain Water Treatment Plant Demineralizer plant and Distilled water plant. Operating of fire tube steam boiler, hot water boiler, heat exchangers, cooled water chillers and air compressors. Applied preventive maintenance and check sheets daily, weekly, quarterly and annually.
2. To Perform the following activities according to the approved standard operating procedures:
a. Start up and shutdown of air compressors, air drier, steam boiler, demineralisation and distillation plat, water chillers including relevant pumps.
b. Complete Sterilization of demineralisation and distillation system using clean steam.
c. Backwashing of carbon and sand filters.
d. Regeneration of CATION, ANION and MIXED BED using base and acid chemicals.
e. Replacement of resins of ion exchangers.
f. Trouble shooting and undertake minor repair works during equipment malfunction.
