Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines. Ensures that pre-established document control requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. Enters data and produces reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications. Initiates and replies to routine correspondence related to area of responsibility.
Carry out stage wise inspection and daily monitoring, fit up and alignment of assemblies Evaporator, etc. to ensure and minimize deviation and non-conformity.
Ensuring the following check points for every job items such as DIMENSIONS, STRAIGHTNESS, SQUARENESS, LEVELNESS, VERTICALITY, and PLANARITY are within the required acceptance limit and specifications.
Carry out final dimensional and visual inspection for every completed equipments assembly is in accordance with the approved construction drawings and client specifications and inspection test plan (ITP).
Piping fit up, welding and final dimensional inspection in accordance with Isometric drawings and specifications.
Prepare reports and maintain records.
Witness Hydrostatic Testing & Non-destructive examinations.
Verification and confirmation if Drawing / Reports to ensure modifications / revisions have been properly executed.
Carry out system punch list inspection ensuring all punch points have been repaired and cleared as per requirements.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the databases;
Allocate future and current systems storage
Provide back-up, restore and recovery of databases.
Install and upgrade (new releases) the database server and tools;
Customize tables and panels and maintain full documentation;
Provide operator security, database security etc.;
Preparing mailers, business correspondence and quotations for the clients.
Updating records of the enquiries and their feedback.
Keep all database objects (databases, triggers, indexes, procs, etc.)
And other duties or projects, as assigned
Utilized Personal computer extensively for all types of data entry.
Assisting the customer in trouble shooting their computer.
Installing and configuring new hardware/software.
System performance tuning
Keeping the network up and running.
Applying operating system updates, and configuration changes.
Morning checks of systems/software.
