1: SALES GENARATION
• Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Tracks and evaluates section and departmental performance.
• Develop and implement in-store promotions.
• Implement national promotions.
• Trains product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
• Stock management regarding best sellers, out of stocks and sizes with the emphasis on stock turn.
• Ensure that price changes are carried out effectively.
2. CUSTOMER CARE
• Ensure that all activities are in accordance with principle of consumer sovereignty and corporate mission statement.
• Trains, coaches and reinforces selling skills and customer service principles.
• Ensure that correct implementation of return and exchange policy.
• Timeouts handling of damages.
• Floor coverage by sales assistants.
3. MERCHANDISING AND HOUSE KEEPING
• Implement and maintaining company merchandising principles.
• Implement seasonal changes creativity and timorously.
• Ensures more than acceptable housekeeping standards.
• Ensure the oddment and soiled merchandise are cleared from the store on regular basis.
• Back-up areas must be maintained to an acceptable level of tidiness and cleanliness.
• Maintains acceptable level of personal grooming and wears correct uniform and name badge at all times in-store.
4. ADMINISTRATION
• Prepare for and implements stock takes accurately.
• Ensures receiving and cash management procedures are in place.
• Ensure price changes are done on time and accurately.
• Keeps within the company signage parameters and signage in the store are consistent with regards font size and type.
• Ensure safe control is maintained in all times.
• Conduct regular surprise cash counts.
5. STAFF MANAGEMENT
• Conduct in-store training sessions.
• Coaches and develops staff with a view to providing succession.
• Reinforces training objectives prior to and after formal training sessions.
• Adheres to disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Implements performance management effectively.
• Completes personal documentation accurately and timorously.
6. SECURITY
• Protect all company assets(stock, fixtures, building and outside areas)
• Minimizes external threats to customers, staff, and company assets.
• Daily unit counts conducted in high risk areas.
• Ensures security on duty at all times.
Responsible for sales of the Company products both Private label and other.
Follow up leads Contact Customers
Guide the Customer Service Associates for the proper result
Follow up on existing customers.
Prepare sales reports.
Meeting targets.
Handle customer service.
Cash management in the firm
