My current Responsibility are described below:
-Designing, 3D modeling, preparing detail
shop drawing of Residential, Mixed-use,
Commercial and Industrial buildings, Corporate projects.
-Preparing monthly report architectural and
interior design, Follow up of design and construction Auto CAD drawings of the project,
Creating design integration among different
specialties, Carried out site inspection of completed Architectural works,
Responsibilities:
-Design and Planning: that includes site analysis, conceptualize, design, and develop
outdoor spaces for various purposes.
-Provide Technical Expertise by translating ideas ideas using(CAD) software. These
plans include specifications for plants, materials, and construction methods.
-Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
-Managing the project by prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and keep the
project on schedule
Responsibilities:
-Preparing reports to the Architectural and Interior design team lead.
-Responsible for the development and upkeep of design and construction AutoCAD drawings of the project.
-Responsible for design integration among different specialties
-Carries out site inspection of architectural works
-Provide training/development to subordinates
-Performs other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Lead office engineer and
construction project manager/Resident Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, translating ideas into initial
sketches and drawings
-Prepare detailed construction documents, such as floor plans, elevations, and sections,
using CAD software
-Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure designs
comply with standards
-Assist in creating presentations to effectively communicate design proposals to clients
and stakeholders
-Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner
-Liaise with engineers, drafters, and other team members to ensure project
coordination
-Participate in project team meetings, actively listening and contributing ideas
