Managing Learning and Development for over 400 duty free sales and management personnel. Planning and implementing the learning strategy across the organization. Conducting Training Needs Analysis. Improving the effectiveness of the performance management system. Implementing business continuity planning strategies.
Responsible for implementing the training process including Training Needs Analysis, preparing training proposals, designing and developing training materials, managing quality systems and procedures, supervising the Apprenticeship and OJT programs, managing and motivating the training team and providing expert support to the Customer Relationship and Projects teams.
Responsible for managing and coordinating, training needs assessment, content development and training delivery for various clients in the Middle East in various fields including construction, real estate, banking & finance, retail, trading and foreign service. Designed and delivered various management courses tailored to suit training needs in the Middle East. Effectively managed hundreds of courses with a training team of 6 full time staff and over 20 consultant trainers. Liaised with training partners and international awarding bodies for accredited and certified training. Created and implemented training quality management policies and procedures.

Taught psychology theory and practicals to the post-graduate students of counselling psychology at the Darshan College and Research Institute, Bangalore, in the capacity of a visiting faculty
