Driving team for Successful implementation of planned project within schedule & allotted CAPEX budget.
Controlling Materials used for Client Work scope & MOC critical Job.
Creation of FEEP / DEP / IFC / BOM / Specs. for MOC Jobs.
Materials verifications as per job unit specifications.
ITP Review & prepares for all TA Jobs Materials,
Installation / Commissioning of MOC Jobs. Site verifications as per ASME / ISA standards.
Liaise with the client and vendors for solving site discrepancies.
QA/QC of all received items for maintenance work.
Manage the Materials Requirements planning & tracking / monitoring the MRP during turnaround execution.
Prepare Turnaround QC Dossier & Material reports for client.
Review/Scrutinize Idea proposals, developing prioritization matrix for Capex proposal. Preparing Conceptual design package & BOM/Cost estimates for Capex. Presenting to SMT / Board Capex for projects approval.
Preparing/Reviewing P&ID / FEEP / DEP / TR / IFC for the projects.
Preparing/Reviewing & checking bill of material, project schedule, cost estimate, contract documents for projects.
Developing QA/QC plan for Capex projects for installations /commissioning.
Checking design parameters & adequacy of details to meet engineering standards \[SES / ASME / IEC / ISA\].
Reports to Project Manager for engineering activities and deliverables for on-going projects handled and ensure compliance to the Project management.
Supervising Installation, Commissioning for projects and Troubleshooting of Field & Control room Instruments.
Calibration, Installation and Commissioning of all kinds of Instruments such as Flow, Pressure and Temperature transmitters, controllers, Switches, RTD & Thermocouple, on-line analysers & Gas chromatographs.
Duties & Responsibilities
LAB Plant Capacity Enhancement & Conversion of Control System from Pneumatic to Supervisory DCS Controls of M/S ABB, MOD-300. Replacements of total control system cabling, planning and executing total job in time.
Cost: INR 635 Millions
Detailed engineering for Replacement of On-line Oxygen; Ethylene &, Gas Chromatographs. Cost :INR 35 Millions
Preparations of Bill of material, Cost Estimate, Preparation of Technical specifications, Loop schematics and Tender document for instrumentation revamp schemes.
Preparation, Evaluation and scrutiny of Technical bids and awarding the work contract for field execution of the projects.
Spare parts manual preparation & shut down jobs planning for LAB / EO-EG Plants.
Assisting plant in trouble shooting of critical problems by providing technical expertise, in solving chronic maintenances related issues.
Revamping of Temperature control System of Dry Spun Acrylic Fibre (DSAF) Plant, from discrete component based to Siemens S-150H PLC System.
Worked with all types of process control instruments ( flow, pressure, temp., level, on line analytical, Density, ) of various makes like M/S ABB, M/s Fisher-Rosemount, M/s. Fuji, M/s. Honeywell, M/s Yokogawa, M/s Foxboro, M/s Taylor, M/s Toshiba, etc.; Programmable Logic controller (PLC) of M/s Allen Bradley and M/s Siemens, M/s. Bailey, M/s. Omron makes. Various types’ on-line analyzers and Gas Chromatographs, like M/s Beckman, M/s Sarcoma, M/s. Foxboro, M/s Yokogawa, M/s ABB, M/S Applied Automation etc.
Quality control and R & D laboratory instruments, i.e.: Gas chromatograph, Spectrophotometer, Viscometers, pH meters, Conductivity Meters; Air Monitoring system; maintenance and trouble-shooting
Experience in calibration, stroke and loop checking of Control Valves and Power-cylinders like equipment’s of different make .E/P converters, Position Feedback Transmitters Pressure Switches Level Switches, Temperature Switches
