Achievements:
I am good in statics, and my statics reports are basically supports HR Planning and Development.
Because I have good communication and reporting skills, I was the contact point in the HR team during the HR auditing and HR quarterly meeting with the parent Company (ENBD).
Developing new features and options in HRIS after working with the IT team in a work shop for “HRIS Development”
Responsibilities:
Planning, developing and coordinating the provision of Human Resources Service, policies and programs, whilst ensuring strict adherence to company rules and regulations.
Spearheading all functions pertinent to HR administration and monitoring a range of activities related to organizational design, policies/procedures, employee relations, acquisition and mergers.
Efficiently coordinating leadership management training in close coordination with an external training center in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, ethical practices and guidelines of accrediting organizations.
Managing recruitment and resignations processes, thus arranging job interviews and accordingly conferring the same with the senior management for efficient decision making.
Responsible for organizing workshops, thereby fostering effective channels of communication with the company’s PRO regarding all visas’ issues to ensure smooth workflow.
Assuming responsibility for keeping and releasing employees’ passports, while providing high standards of working practices for all employees.
Establishing updates using HR systems and track information pertaining to employee personnel contracts
Complete payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary.
Ensures that payroll functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Complete monthly and reports for payroll.
Managing the preparation and maintenance of requisite reports to carry out departmental functions and providing periodic statics reports to the Human Resource Manager to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Achievements:
I created a data base and reorganized the personal files for 170 employees when I was trainee, and as a result of my good performance a position of “HR Administrator” opened in Ericsson Branch of Syria, and I continued with the company as an employee in capacity of “ HR Administrator”
Responsibilities:
Creating personal data for all employees.
Maintaining all personal files in an efficient manner.
Recording the new hire information in the human resource system database.
Observing all HR functions, policies, processes and how to implement them efficiently in the organization.
Handling all general administrative duties for the department including faxing, copying, scanning, mailings, invoice processing and reconciliation

Tracking and resolving problems and checks system operations as scheduled.

Responsibilities:
Implementing tele questionnaires after coordinating with the Ministry of Telecommunication to provide us with lists of land lines numbers for all Syrian cities.
Meeting and interviewing the CEOs, GMs and Directors of the companies those have been choose to be the research sample.
Entering the research data in to SPSS program.
Discussing the research results with the marketing team.
