key regions such as APAC, LATAM, MENA and ESSA that includes Consumer
Engagement, GTM Strategy, Innovation, Sports Marketing, and Formative Experiences

across over 40 markets and included top talent such as Messi, Suarez and Gabriel Jesus.
This included TVCs, digital content, social media content, PR, retail and on-pack designs.

Developed the annual marketing plan and set KPI’s according to regional/global targets for
the Cheese category across Middle East and Africa
• Delivered growth opportunities for the brands through new product development and
market research to expand certain categories resulting in +6% share
• Led the development of the regional media strategy for the brands and created and
implemented the regional trade-marketing strategy resulting in savings of over $1MM
• Initiated and successfully implemented a brand re-design project across all categories and
all markets by working closely with remote agencies and our regional headquarters team
that helped improve KPI metrics
Achieved double digit growth for multi-million dollar brands and set the strategy for the
Premium Bite size segment
• Generated and delivered the yearly activity plan and achieved NS growth targets along with
increasing the market share of the Premium Bite size segment
• Achieved record market share for Galaxy Jewels during the Ramadan season by developing
and launching one of the most successful seasonal ranges
• Initiated and analysed extensive market research on general consumer trends and product
quality, allowing improved strategic planning and evaluation
