• Managing all employment, consultancy and service agreements to local and foreign employees, service providers while monitoring performance and compliance to the terms of agreement and in line with the local laws and regulations.
• Responsible to ensure all benefits are in place accordance to the HR policy, and that all employees access information and benefits, as they are entitled.

• Formulating recruitment strategy and plans to achieve desired level and quality of workforce for all areas.
• Developing, updating and implementing assigned policies and procedures (HR, Logistics and Administration), ensuring consistency of HR strategy.

• Organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions

• Managing with the finance team the process of payroll and taxation matters on accurate and timely manner for all staff while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
• Processing payments for consultants in coordination with their line managers and finance team.
• Handle year-end computation of payroll income taxes; calculate and determine the annual taxable income and payroll income taxes and social security on annual payroll at the end of the year.
• Assist in providing coordination between Administrative/Human Resources, Logistics/Procurement, Programs and Security Departments as required.

Worked with several departments of the company and was introduced to the various facets of relationship management. Work involved extensive data collection and analysis in order to generate statistical figures in regards to the company’s operations. Coordinate activities in Muthalath Foundation for Contracting.
In Addition to this work used to translate all the documents related to the project just like; correspondences, notifications, invitations and invoices and any visa versa.
