* Reporting to electrical site manager for the daily work activities and look Ahead schedules.
* Review and implement electrical construction drawings, shop drawings and specifications to ensure the correct locations and layout of materials and equipment’s.
* Assist the subcontractor in preparing documentations such as method statement, inspection test form and other required documents to be use in implementing material and equipment installation, subject to consultant review and approval.
* Monitor and inspection the daily work activities and accomplishment of subcontractor and highlight in the drawing prior to submit request for inspection and test (RFIT) for consultant inspection approval.
* Supervised, monitor and assist the Site surveyor for the survey coordinates of underground utilities for the exact locations and depths such as 11KV manholes, Telecommunication manholes, Duct banks, lighting pole foundation and underground medium voltage cable layout & Telecommunication cable layout.

* Requested and negotiated price quotations from the approved suppliers and vendors for the different engineering materials, create price comparison of the collected quotations from suppliers and vendors.
* Negotiated and issued purchase orders, terms and conditions as per the company’s policy.
* Analyzed and review the material request to verify the requested material if are in the material approved by the client electrical engineer representative.
* Review project specification, supplier and vendor quotations to ensure equipment and material supplied meet with project requirements.
* Conducted clarification meetings with suppliers and vendors for technical and commercial matters.
* Proper coordination, prepare and submit electrical permits to Saudi Consolidated Electric Company (SCECO), Marafiq power and water utility company, Roads Department, Irrigation Department, General Utilities Department, Mobily, STC, to locate and visible the existing underground utilities at the area of the project scope to prevent and ensure accidental damages.
* Supervise and monitor the installation, implementation, testing and commissioning of electrical works such as ring main unit, street lighting system, distribution panels, transformers, pad mounted switch and auxiliary system.
* Supervise and gave instruction to site supervisor to ensure the quality of work for the construction and installation of MV and LV duct banks, telecommunication duct banks, MV & LV manholes, hand holes, lighting pole foundations, and the foundations of (Street Lighting Panels, Transformers, Pad Mounted Switch).

* Monitor and supervise the layout and installation of cable trays, cable ladder, trunking system, galvanized iron conduit, lighting fixtures and wiring devices.
* Prepare and guide the electricians for the electrical wiring troubleshooting and functional testing for lighting and power system
* Prepare and submit daily work activities and accomplishment for direct reporting to Construction Manager.
* Review construction drawings, shop drawings and specification prior to work execution to ensure the quality of electrical layout and installation.
* Proper coordination to Civil works and Mechanical works (Plumbing, AC Ducting, Sanitary and Firefighting works) to avoid conflict in electrical system installation.

* Responsible for all electrical aspects of underground utilities conduit duct bank, power feeder lines to feeder pillars and to CT cabinet.
* Execute electrical conduit installation prior to concrete pouring of slab.
* Implement proper coordination in design and supervision of electrical installation works.
* Execute electrical wirings testing and troubleshooting.

* Responsible for the submission and approval of electrical material submittal subject to project consultant review and approval.
* Supervise and monitor the installation and testing of electrical power system, power panel boards, earthing system, dry type transformers, isolators, main distribution panels, diagnosis and troubleshooting of existing electrical system.
* Lead and monitor a team of electricians ensure they produce a quality of work. Provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical system.
* Requested and negotiated price quotations from the approved suppliers and vendors.
* Negotiated and issued purchase orders, terms and conditions as per the company’s policy.
* Asist the construction manager to prepare BID documents, estimate and pricing.

* Prepare electrical material orders or request.
* Prepare and monitor the material stocks and inventory.

* Collect all the daily work activities from site engineers and prepare a report to submit to construction manager.
