-Responsible for Epiroc business on-line and fleet management.
-All safety bulletins and warranty claims received, closed every month and compile
reports in a data base for future reference.
-Responsible for Service Operations ACIGN tickets. Ensure to track and closed filed
ACIGN tickets.
-Ensure Epiroc machine updates in machine on-line "MOL". To meet 100% machine
1:1 Ratio.
-Manage the usage of fleet sync to maintenance staff.
-Ensure to deliver the updates of Docmine and SOP's to service operations and
customers.
-Updating and monitoring none Epiroc machines.
-Responsible on development of Epiroc digitalization, automation, and battery
solutions.
-Assist in development of Indirect Sales "IDS" (Mixed Fleet Products). This may include product application studies, competitions, and other related sales support material.
-Develop and support service operations on Reman and Mid-life Service Solutions. -Responsible for Product Commissioning. This includes compilation of reports,
coordination to Engine OEM and update to machine on-line.
-Assist in providing technical support services to Internal and External Customers.
This may include troubleshooting, maintenance or operator training and other
related services.
-Act on behalf of peer group members in their absence as and when called upon to do so by either design or circumstance.
-Provide feedback to Management on all matters relating to product deficiencies and
product development needs and activities.
PMS implementation
-Coordinates with operations personnel regarding
PMS schedules of Epiroc equipment and
maintaining the required number of units for
operations.
-Prepares all the required parts, components and
lubricants for each PMS Service.
-Manages the proper implementation of PMS
works.
Scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs
-Forecast annual operating expense and capital
expenditures
-Prepares a weekly, monthly and yearly
maintenance schedule based from backlog, audit
and forecasted repairs and coordinates with
operations regarding the availability of the units.
-Initiates the ordering of spare parts and
coordinates to customer needed materials
-Preparation of all required parts and lubricants
and other materials based on the programmed
maintenance.
-Prepares the personnel schedule for the assigned
task.
-Monitor the implementation of the schedules
maintenance service from start to finish.
-Prepares written report on the work
accomplished.
Others
-Prepares technical reports relating to spare parts
failure (Root Cause Analysis), audit reports on
parts before it fails and damage report to parts
force majeure.
-Prepares daily, weekly and monthly status and
accomplishment report of Epiroc equipment’s.
-Daily coordination with customer regarding
repairs, parts and other concerns for appropriate
solution.
-Assist in troubleshooting/repair on hydraulic,
electrical, mechanical and RCS failures on
machines (Scooptrams, Minetruck and Jumbo
Drills)
-Supervise maintenance personnel.
