- Internal hiring (consulting staff)
- External hiring for clients (Junior staff up to CEO level)
- Business development & lead generation
- Client management
- Support the consulting team with employee evaluation projects
- Managing & handling the daily activities of the recruitment department & team to achieve recruitment deliverables for the group companies
- Coaching recruitment team members on various recruitment tasks such as sourcing tips, screening & interviewing techniques to improve recruiting outputs
- Reporting frequently to the COO, head of HR and annually to the owner/CEO
- Manage the overseas recruitment
- Managing the participation of recruitment & career fairs
- Managing head hunters & job boards accounts & contracts
- Providing advice to COO and hiring managers with regards to filling vacancies, placing candidates & moving employees inside the organization
- Handling all of the recruitment activities from approving requests throughout onboarding
o Identifying the ideal candidate profile by working closely with hiring managers
o Sourcing, shortlisting, screening & conducting interviews
o Job offers & employment contracts (Preparation & Negotiation)
o The contact officer for all new hires
o Weekly reporting to the business heads
o Providing advice to hiring managers with regards to filling vacancies, placing candidates & moving employees inside the organization
- Implementing HR exit survey for departing employees
- Participate in the yearly workforce planning as part of the yearly budget preparation
- Support expats in their transition & relocation phase
- Handle all employee services & relations including:
Employee benefits, investigations, disciplinary actions & terminations
- Closely supporting the HRBP on various tasks
- Handling recruitment activities (Posting, Sourcing, Screening & Arranging Interviews)
- Updating the monthly manpower report
- Preparing job offers & employment contracts
- Preparing announcements & orientation programs
- Coordinating & supervising summer & co-op training programs
Provide full support to the HR manager by performing various HR activities including recruitment, Training & Personnel.
