- Maintaining front desk and ensuring that all callas and mails go to the designated person

- To support the National Sales Manager and Key Accounts & Data Manager in establishing Data base and canned reports. Includes facilitating, processing and consolidation of all data pertaining to Sales Activities.
- Responsible for accurate computation of Sales Performance & Incentives of the Sales Field force by month, quarter & annual.
- Oversee and monitor processing of Sales Orders/ Approval Forms/ Deals & Discounts Uploading/ Free Goods Claims/ Senior Citizen Discount Claims as performed by Sales Assistant.
Data Management (MS Excel)
-Sales Reports used by Product Management Group and National Sales Manager for monthly reports.
-Responsible for Computation of Field Force' monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly Sales Performance.
-Preparation of Field Force Incentives monthly.
-Preparation of Check rebates for Key Accounts' Senior Citizen Claims.
Sales Coordinator
-Booking of orders thru Asia Rx and Manual Order and monitoring until invoiced and delivered.
-Serves as point of contact between the sales representatives and sub-distributors.
-Coordinates all activities pertaining to sales orders and PO processing.
Front Desk/ Customer Service
-Handling clients calls professionally
-Accepting and releasing of mails and parcels of clients
-Assisting client's needs whenever they are in the office.
Back Office Support Officer
-Handling clients fax messages (fax to fax & fax to email)
Administrative tasks
-Payroll
-Bills payment
-Filing of SSS, HDMF & Philhealth contributions of employees
-Doing Invoices using Quickbooks
-Accepting clients payment
Assisting new clients in the sign up process
-Explaining to them the package they availed.

-Explaining the different packages that we have to inquiries
(walk-in and over the phone)
-Sending quotes to inquiries thru email
