In May 2015EUnet was acquired by SBB SerbiaBroadband, the major cable company in Serbia. The aim of the acquisition was to improve and enrich hosting/cloud /SaaS offerings in SBB services portfolio.
I was appointed Head of SMB Sales in SBB, also responsible for integration of EUnet services into SBB portfolio and SMB Product development.
• Responsible for achieving SMB sales targets and revenue goals, measuring progress towards goals and adjusting strategy to ensure that the goals are met
• Organize and manage B2B SMB sales team and utilize all internal and outsourced sales channels to achieve growth
• Hire and train B2B D2D SMB force, develop partner sales network
• Manage incentive and bonus plan for all B2B SMB sales channels
• SMB Product roadmap - involved in planning and implementing new services, service bundles, marketing and product development programs.
• Evaluate and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Closely cooperate with SBB Residential Sales team, Marketing and Technical departments.
