- Structure the maintenance scheme, Schedules for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Managing team of technical team for the Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual services
- Response for all repair requests, spare parts, and annual maintenance tasks required from the governmental engineering section.
- Response to all official letters, communication, meetings required from the engineering team
- Increase the capability and quality of the team for the maintenance knowledge in-house and generally to be efficient for the company on the new projection level
for structuring the department to transfer it from a cost center to a profit center.
•Responsible for Training, Guiding & directing a team of 4 Nos. Engineers for the following service types: ** Facilities (Chillers, FAHU, AHU, Pumps, Pressurization Sets, VRV systems, FCU):

•Upgrade old chiller units with new parts & up-gradation of compressors
•Repairs of existing installed units with most sustainable tasks & durable time schedule

• Responsible for promoting the sales of Cool line & O-general products & service at the maximum level of profitability by the development of assigned accounts & territory, in line with the Engineered Systems established sales objectives & policies. My role includes the following:
•Maintain a current knowledge of product design & applications to ensure that they are sold properly. - Assist consultants with basic layout & design of systems.
•Contact owner’s representatives, consulting engineers & mechanical contractors on all phases of selling Cool line & O-general equipment.
•Estimating & preparing proposals, execution of order & preparation & submittal of all approval data.
•Negotiating both the Technical & Commercial terms with mechanical contractors to secure the sale.
•Follow-up with customer the sale & during installation to ensure satisfaction &to promote future business
transactions (Leaves, Dept. Transfers, Sick leaves, Terminations, Resignations all as per the Private Sector & Labor law of Kuwait).
•Using different software & systems (Excel Sheets \[manual calculations\], Payrolls system, Great Plains)
•Residencies submittals (follow up, control the expiration of residencies for over than 1200 employees)
