DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct inspection of all HVAC materials, equipment, site construction activities, testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC system as per applicable Standards.    
• Monitor and ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted in accordance with approved shop drawing, specification and installation procedure and material storage procedure is properly implemented.  
• Inspection on ducting, lining, insulation of the air‐conditioning lines/system. • Prepare and implement inspection and test plan based on project specifications, codes and standards 
• Issue non‐conformance report to construction team any violation of HVAC quality standards. Ensure that corrective actions to any violation of HVAC quality standards are conducted and verify that all the action taken fully‐conformed with quality requirement.    
• To monitor the construction works to ensure compliance of quality standards of HVAC system.  
• Inspection & installation of HVAC equipment’s  ‐  Refrigeration/ air‐conditioning equipment’s like compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans and control systems; 
• Complete Assembling Installation, test‐running, pre‐commissioning & Commissioning of air conditioning equipment’s.
