Duties:
• Analyzes and evaluates complex business and apply with standard ERP domains (Supply Chain and their cross - functions…etc).
• Define the problem in ERP and Translating business requirements.
• Configuring the solution that suitable for the end- user.
• Creating a manual for end- user to avoid wrong error that appear.
• Updating and modifying the forms layout and reports that suitable for end- user.
• Handling non- clinics issue that face end- user and solve it.

Achievements:
• Linked financial charge accounts with right supply chain category. There is around 150 supply chain categories.
• Fixed our catalog items. There is around 1000 items manually.
• Added rules for 20 end- user accounts.
• Completed 5 new and modifying 4 reports.
