Duties:
• Analyzes and evaluates complex business and apply with standard ERP domains (Supply Chain and their cross - functions…etc).
• Define the problem in ERP and Translating business requirements.
• Configuring the solution that suitable for the end- user.
• Creating a manual for end- user to avoid wrong error that appear.
• Updating and modifying the forms layout and reports that suitable for end- user.
• Handling non- clinics issue that face end- user and solve it.
Achievements:
• Linked financial charge accounts with right supply chain category. There is around 150 supply chain categories.
• Fixed our catalog items. There is around 1000 items manually.
• Added rules for 20 end- user accounts.
• Completed 5 new and modifying 4 reports.

• Re-migrate old purchase orders from oracle EBS to Fusion cloud.
• Create new rule for new item create to be in Oracle fusion.
• Creation new end- user location for PNU health colleges.
• Training new end- user to how use Purchasing Requisition on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Reviewing the warehouse stocks related to how increasing inventory, reducing waste, or optimize internal customer service.
Generating various reports related to stock movements, expiry, non-moving, consumption, replenishment requisition and releases for stock items.
Ensure avoiding duplication action, overstocking in the warehouse.
Interface all of functions within the hospital to manage demand planning and ensure consistent product.

Building Annual Monthly Usage (AMU) from scratch.

Forecasting and developing a long term of Planning.
Update and review the Hospital stock with requirements: correct manufacturers, packing size and matched description.
Ensure that the inventory item catalogue is maintained accurately.
Monitors Stock Level, makes the necessary action such as transfer the items between the regions based on consumption.
Prepares product evaluation for new substitute product and send it to end user for review/approval.
Assures duplication is avoided when adding items to the store’s inventory and the standardization of product is being maintained through amending.
Prepare statistics concerning his assigned area Focus on the distribution of Medical in the Hospital.

Making a Set up for ten Cost centers of Medical supplies
