1. Supervises human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.

3. Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff.

1. Ensure the daily routine personnel activities: ( NSSF, Ministry of labor, Insurance)
2. Responsible for processing application database and ensure proper management to fill vacant positions;
3. Ensure on Boarding experience for all new comers;
4. Assists Personnel Supervisor in organizing Training sessions;
5. Assist in organizing staff activities;
6. In charge of handling all vacation requests and proper outstanding handling.

1. Searching for CVs & short listing candidates for potential positions;
2. Process the screening in order to reach potential resumes;
3. Providing clients with additional information regarding each candidate experience, professional attitude and supporting documents (certificates and attestations);
4. Conduct competency based interviews to select most suitable candidates;
5. Communicating with candidates through emails and telephone conversations and negotiating contracts, requests, salary scales;
6. Do the data entry, tracking and filing.
