(4) Participating in developing the strategic plan for the college.

- Preparing ToR, SOW and tender documents for the project’s tenders. And following up the procurement of works, goods and services
- Creation of Effective cooperation with business and market's organization.
- Organize workshops, meetings, and consultations and make follow-up procedures to strengthen ties with the local market.
- Facilitate the work of subject experts for the occupational fields of the project; in terms of preparation of equipment lists, and curricula development.
- Daily Administrative work: (Communications, Minutes of meeting, …)
