- Migration of onsite data center to Microsoft Azure and M365 for YAS Holding divisions
- Infrastructure integration between multiple international locations of group companies with YHL core network
- Implementation and automation of a centralized self-service IT Service Management portal

Planned and supervised the development of Jordan’s largest eVoucher system; an e-business project for Jordan’s leading mobile operator, Fastlink (currently Zain), which enabled pre-paid customers to recharge their mobile accounts through Web, WAP, GPRS, SMS or POS Terminals.
