10. Making the required formulation for the variation orders to the existing subcontracts for changes in scope and / or pricing.
11. Recording, reviewing and maintaining a database of all contract letters, insurances and any other contractual documents.
12. Coordinating with authorized signatories for contract signatures.
13. Monitoring the performance of the awarded subcontracts, and checking the accuracy of the schedules as well as the settlements of the monthly payments against the progress rates till the completion of the subcontract works.
14. Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.
15. Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
16. Complete paperwork and update worksheets and reports related to division activity in a timely manner.
