• The Vice Principal is part of a Divisional Administrative Team whose function is to support and assist Principal in the discharge of her duties at all times&to keep the smooth and successful operation of a school.

• Assist the teaching staff in the development, implementations, of staff and selection of curriculum materials and keep the section heads informed as to any modifications in or substitution of approved courses.

• Assists with: the hiring of staff; teacher and classified employee evaluation; working through concerns and classroom management; planning and directing meetings, staff development, training and services; communications; listening, providing and receiving feedback, and encouragement for all staff.

• Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of
conveying information required to perform the successful operation of a school

• Be responsible for the preparation of timetable, class lists and schedules, and supervision schedules and be responsible for their functioning.

• Hold regular staff meetings for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters especially in morning

• Take an active role in the selection, planning, and implementation of professional development activities for staff in cooperation with section heads and supervisor and evaluation

Responsibilities included, To facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level, using the Creative School Development Framework and other resources.

• Help the student to become familiar with science rules
• Evaluate student performance
• Able to keep the students on task and engaged.
• Employ various teaching methods to meet students individual needs

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks by MD and Principal .
