• To sell, renew and upgrade OSN packages, providing customers with a wide range of product knowledge, packages and programming options to serve their viewing needs.
• Must achieve monthly individual targets assigned by Line Manager.
• To follow up on potential customers and aim to up-sell higher packages to existing customers.

• To sell the OSN portfolio to the new clients
• To prepare proposals where necessary for prospective clients
• Ensure prompt, accurate and appropriate report to the sales manager
• Properly record the contracts in the B2B System
• Prospect for new business in a variety of channels such as cold calling, channel selling and mass mailing & networking.
• Book meetings, proposal writing and closing deals to ensure smooth account management.
• Prepare quotations and all the necessary documentations
• Process LPO from the supplier for local customers
