Handling commodities risk management activities related to physical and futures positions in order
to monitor and ensure compliance with commodities risk policies.
* Report daily futures margin balance positions.
* Prepare monthly quantitative reconciliations related to all business units.
* Perform business units daily sales reporting.
* Assist in preparing weighted average cost report on weekly basis.
* Validate final price calculations of business units priced vessels.
* Prepare commodities risk management and guide to price reports.
* Liaise with brokers in margin call requests.
* Ensure actual priced quantities and forecasts are confirmed and updated by involved parties

Identify and analyze potential risks that may affect Saudia Cargo business to maintain a sustainable environment. Risk analysis and identifications involve periodic inspection visits to capture / monitor risks status and changes.

* Liaise with Compliance department with respect to Monthly Monitoring Reporting.

* Review subscription and redemption forms and process fund unit transactions (i.e. subscriptions and redemption) using the fund's NAV.

* Maintain and update unitholder register for each investor.

* Prepare and issue contract notes (subscription or redemption confirmations).

* Perform investor reporting calculations of each fund.

* Process online/manual payment requests.

* Assist with investor and portfolio managers reporting

* Liaise with external auditors.

* Perform other tasks as applicable (i.e. operational involvement for new businesses, including the development of new funds and ad hoc reports).

 Monitor on/off-balance sheet counterparty exposure.
 Ensure compliance of all trades.
 Conduct prudential monthly analysis.
 Prepare market risk alerting & exception reports.
 Perform annual/quarter risk assessment.
 Assist in creating rules to monitor trades on Bloomberg and reflect un-applicable rules on Excel models.
 Capture operational risk events.
 Prepare Risk dept. monthly report.
 Build flowcharts for policies and procedures manuals.
 Back-up Internal Control Senior Officer.

* Create ad hoc sales performance reporting as requested.

* Collaborate with sales team across multiple regions to conduct goods transfer requests.

* Monitor goods expiry dates and classify them based on customers segments.
