➢ Organizing sales visits
➢ Demonstrating and presenting products
➢ Establishing new business
➢ Maintaining accurate records
➢ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
➢ Reviewing sales performance
➢ Negotiating contracts and packages
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers
➢ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
➢ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
➢ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
➢ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
➢ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
➢ Continuously improve through feedback
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
➢ Prepare Bank Reconciliations Statement.
➢ Account payable and Account receivable periodically and report for any discrepancies.
➢ Payroll Processing & passing necessary closing journal entries
➢ Ensure all debit/credit notes are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
➢ Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to
company policies and procedures.
