Reporting directly to the Managing Director; overseeing all day-to-day activities and
all operational aspects of the organization.

- Overseeing Project department as a main support function in business development. Plan, analyze and implement relative strategies to ensure realistic organizational goals for project leaders.
Overseeing the entire project department, leading junior project teams, managing planning, implementation, hiring, budgeting, sourcing for all projects & B2B activities.
Setting organizational goals according to market demand. Defining realistic objectives for project leaders. Communication coordination, Monitoring and tracking progress, evaluating outcome. Controlling risks while compiling future strategies.
Leading a team of project staff, managing communications between all project stakeholders, coordinating between relevant departments to ensure proper project implementation. Conducting feasibility studies for prospected opportunities while coordinating with Marketing for B2B leads.
Overseeing project implementation, coordinating between client and management, Supervising project team, managing resources, logistics, materials, equipment & labor accordingly.

Part of the Technical team, working on CISCO systems:
- Setup and initiation of various CISCO hardware (Modems, Routers, Switches, Wireless AP)
- Conduct physical cabling and routing.
- Work on CISCO Wireless Control, to setup & manage Wireless APs.
- Work on CISCO Network Admission Control (NAC) as a security system.
- Direct interaction with customers and coordination between technical team & project manager.
- Worked on various maintenance orders for customers.
