Achieve targeted sales volume and value through daily visits to customers according to route plan.
Collect due payments through following up with customers to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.
Ensure moving all registered customers through continuous communication, reviewing orders history, negotiation, then invoicing accordingly as per received Purchase Order.
Reach to and re-activate non-active customers to ensure expansion and profitability.
■ Increase Weight of Basket size for existing customers to ensure profitability on an SKU
level
Expand customers' base through penetration to new customers and areas through conducting area scan.
Build and maintain relationship with customers through regular visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
Deploy all New Product Developments (NPDs) across customers, to ensure achievement of sales and weight of basket.
Schedule joint sessions with the sales manager to customers in order to demonstrate our products.
Optimize trade deal spending within agreed percentage, in order to comply with the given budget.
-Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies in the best possible manner and in such a way that the customer or client is completely convinced of making the purchase and are also satisfied with the products and services.
-Pursue sales target objectives for assigned territories/field sales associates and conduct long- term sales follow- up to key customers.
-Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
-Maintain database with accurate and current customer and prospect information.
-Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
-Create and maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
-Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing.
-Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
