Due to previous success as Team Leader, I was quickly given more responsibility and power and asked to tackle key accounts.
- Forging and maintaining strong Partner relationships.
- Creates and implements short and long-term business plans
- Actively support and contribute to my and the team’s achievement of excellent mystery-shopper results, in order to achieve the company’s target of 90%+
- Meets and Works effectively with customers, business partners and colleagues in cross-functional relationships across organizational boundaries to deliver superior ROI results based on customer satisfaction and business insight
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Setting challenging goals & targets and ensuring a strong team that can rise to meet those goals & targets.
- Mentoring and Coaching staff. Ensuring the staff has good hygiene and the display is clean.
- Mentoring training sessions and internal weekly meeting towards the business objectives.
- Consolidate and report market intelligence and other reports.
- Implement promotional and tactical initiatives at POS to maximize sell-out. Follow up the product/brand visibility, availability and sellout process.
- Interviewing and hiring new Sales Representatives.
- Handling Operation Manager tasks during his leave
Handling the key retail stores
- Lead, supervise and mentor Retail Representatives
- Mentoring and championing team members to excel beyond even their expectations
- Manage relationship with key retailers in UAE
- Recruitment and plan a training of new Retail Representatives.
- Get the best and maximum outcome of the team and Track record of delivering results with deadlines.
- Apply the visual merchandising, Solution and Guided selling
- Create a brand value proposition
- Build a relationship with the key in charge to keep a high level of cooperation
- Conduct an in-store training with upcoming models & observe the results
- Prepare a weekly Report for the Sales Progress/Consumers & staff Feedback/Suggestions/comments/Stock Tracking and other reports
- Increase Brand share within the store and maximize products sales by building internal eco system.
- Work closely with my Team Leader to define the gap and build an action plan
- Making sure the shop floor runs smoothly
- Meet the store's monthly targets and handle budgets
- Recruit, train and motivate the team to deliver store’s KPI
- Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
- Build brand and customer loyalty
- Put together the rotas and shifts
- Maximize the products and offers availability and visibility
