covering middle east and north African regions. Restructured the policies and

activities of the department are strategically aligned and integrated to support the
group business strategy, goals and objectives. Executed cost effective changes to
existing benefits. Developed and implemented a new compensation and benefit
framework by conducting an analytical study and bench-marking the company
within the sector to do a comparative research. Streamlined hiring process by
developing an in- house recruitment team and does saving the recruitment costs.
Identifying and proactively addressing the significant risk to all company’s
operations that could prevent a company and make effective use of insurance
schemes that could prevent the company from achieving its strategic objectives.
Procuring and renewing the corporate insurance schemes for the entire group
which includes general, medical and group life schemes.
