• Successfully developed the finished product to meet technical parameters in the Indian environment.

Promoted to Project Head for the North region covering Nine Circles. Assisted the Business Head for O&M delivery by closely monitoring energy expenditures and developing and implementing new initiatives in Energy Management, national SPOC for initiatives on Cantonment’s Site Acquisition and Roll Out.

• Achieved the #1 ranking in India for Site Acquisitions and Project Roll Out with high uptimes for O&M (pan-India #2) under difficult circumstances. Secured 509 and 511 in Site Acquisitions, and 627 and 689 in Roll Out Sites for June and August of 2008.
• Generated one of the highest EBITDA margins in the country (UPE - 59% while the national average was 62%).
Jun' 86 - Oct' 07: Indian Army
Led cross-functional troops to ensure complete provisioning of communications for national and multi-national operations. Managed the business of uninterrupted Telecom Services to internal customers through sound planning, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Managed Procurement, Capex, and Opex for Operational Readiness. Managed Finances including Grants and Regimental Property and established revenue generation methods. Introduced state-of-the-art equipment in the fields of Switching and Radio networks.
