•Pricing and quoting domestic air, ground, LCL, and FCL.
•Integral role in operations to assist in moving freight for a wide variety of customers Fast paced and high volume shipping on a daily basis.
•Domestic freight forwarding, including alerting, routing, tracking and tracing shipments.
•Track shipments using various internet tools and update transportation software system.
•Handling White Glove Service shipments with attention to detail and instructions.
•Recognize possible and existing service failures, issues and shortages and will need to communicate these situations to management or customer service as needed.
•Responsible for shipment follow up including obtaining pieces, weights, dimensions from agents and updating our current transportation software
•Be aggressive with carriers/partners to obtain special rates or spot quotes .
•Obtaining vendor charges and auditing for accuracy
• Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
• Coordinates with clients to arrange for the provision of logistics services at the client’s site.
• Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.
• Communicates with other departments including sales and marketing to effectively plan and distribute the workload.
• Ensures that site staff is of adequate numbers and competency to met the planned shipping schedules.
• Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager.

•Advised customers regarding payment options and other loans, leasing banking terms.
•Negotiated delivery and price variations.
• Kept Management daily updated with record of sales and orders.
• Tracked progress of existing orders by contacting or liaising with suppliers.
• Kept track of quantities of cars on display.
• Maintained familiarity with used cars and kept updated about competitor products.
•Maintained existing customer base thru meeting, emails and phone.

Quality Auditor
Working with following responsibilities:
• Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
•Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Preparation of QA reports.
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
