As a Software Development engineer, I was responsible of the following:
• Maintain and follow up with the OMS (Order Management System) System for Souq.com Selling center
• Maintain and Follow up with the Affiliate Marketing system for Souq.com
• Maintain and Follow up with seller Notification system for Souq.com
• Maintain and Follow up with seller Invoice system for Souq.com
• Designed and Implemented a system Cross-Listing to help Souq sellers to import their items based on ASIN Id to Fasten the Listing Process
• Designed a Unit Testing to Support OMS system in future release bug-less
• Migrated Customers from Souq.com DB to Amazon Pool
• Designed and implemented a system AmazonToSouqCNEPExporter responsible to update any change on Amazon AUTH portal from customer side to Souq DB
• Designed and Implemented a system responsible on populating the Amazon Id for the Registered Customer on Souq using amazon AUTH Portal
• Check the quality of saved data and received by database and other services.
• Support the RTL Alignment on the Detail Page, AUTH Portal
• Support adding the Arabic Amazon Amber font for amazon.ae marketplace on AUTH Portal
• Built customize Skin for Souq Authportal using AUI technology
• Customized the AUTH Portal to maintain the Souq business and built a special Email template to support Arabic and English for Souq customers on Amazon Auth portal
• Supported the Catalogue migration by building an AI system with templates to convert the item listing in souq into amazon listing format.
• Added the RTL solution to the seller central of amazon to support (Arabic) page template layout.
• Scoped and built a system from scratch to obtain the customers phone number as validation to support the Cash on delivery feature in the middle east region and EU
• Scoped a and built a system to reformat the numbering and currency format on the amazon MENA regions and formatted the currency view
Responsible for the day-to-day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
Duties:

Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services. Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including firewalls, servers, switches and telephon, and help in making decisions of the right software to use based on the needed requirments and services to develop the business
