Concrete and Steel Structures design and supervision.
Location: Khartoum and Madani city, Sudan.
Duties:
- Design and Supervision of long span arched steel structure (52.0 m x 25.0 m) and of about 230 tons
weight in Khartoum.
- Design and supervision of Aljamhoriya Towers in Madanai city (48.0 m x 38.0 m and 11 Floors)
concrete structure.
Duties:
- Manage the structural department for the design work of different versatile projects.
- Prepare and review the concepts of the structural design and discuss and lead the structural team.
- Design of the different structures and connections including the fabrication and installation procedures.
Some Important Projects:
Long spans pedestrian Bridges in Al Fattan Towers Project in Dubai.
Expo 2020 Dubai, Pavilions of: 1-Germany, 2-Baden Wurttemberg, 3-Hungarian, 4-Lithuania, 5-Angola.
Structural Design of tens of structures and buildings ranging from small buildings up to a large scale projects.
- This includes, the Structural design of:
- Human Affairs Buildings.
- Al Maasheen Building.
- Marawi Technical College.
- The Residential City, Al Damazine.
- etc…
- Review the contract documents and the detailed design of the different structures.
- Checking the compatibility and corrections of the discrepancies in the Architecture, Structural, Services and location coordinates drawings.
- Preparation and supervision of the shop drawings.
- Preparation and supervision of the Bar bending Schedules.
- Structural calculations and verifications of the different structures in the project.
- Site visit, troubleshooting and assistance in the construction process.
- Structural Modeling, Analysis, Design, verifications of the different Structures in the project.
- Preparation and checking for the different construction phases, and design and check the substructures for the moving trucks and cranes in the proposed passages, check for the huge loads coming through scaffolding, etc …
- Troubleshooting and solving the different problems during the construction processes.
- Calculations of the striking time for the removal of formwork for the different structures according to the requirements of CIRIA reports.
- Reviewing of the shop drawings.
- Preparation of the bar bending schedules.
- Preparation of Structural calculation reports.
- Structural Modeling and analysis of the different structures.
- Design for different structures elements, tunnels, loads on piles and pile caps, Brackets and corbels, floor slabs, columns and shear walls, beams etc…
- Preparation of the structural calculation reports and the detailed design.
-Follow up the execution of the works, including the site and the site staff management.
- Structural design, quantity surveying and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Follow up the execution of the work as per the design drawings and specifications.
