• Develop, Implement and monitor Quality Systems & Standards across production area.
• As a Quality Assurance officer responsible for validate and verify Procedure, Process Validation, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Material Receiving, Making & Packing Operation, Release System, Warehouses, Laboratory, Process Control Strategy, Records, Auditing, Complaint and Quality Measures.
• Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time such as Moisture content, PH, Fat and ATP Swabs.
• Improve Quality culture within the organization.
• Assist with Purchasing for the Quality Control Team and Coordinate with Suppliers for Material Purchase Delivery and Enquiry.
• Manage Quality Deviations and Investigations and ensure all quality failures reported timely, investigated thoroughly and closed with proper systematic action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Assure Process/Product Meet the Quality characteristics by online Monitoring & verification.
• Submit the final Microbiological report to QC manager with coordination from Lab technician
• Random GMP inspection in factory Premises.
• Calibrated electrical instrument like Ph meter and weighing balance.
• Inspection of Production area, ware house, Packing area, Raw material store and Printing area.
• Line Inspection of Liquid manufacturing, liquid packing and blister area.
• Physical testing of tablet (Thickness, hardness, D.T, average weight) & moisture testing of grandules for tablet.
• Leakage testing of tablets strips and sealed bottle .
• Making of deviations to change the procedure or pracrice for the improvement of quality of the required product.
• Data Feeding in SAP Quality module.

• Introduction and practical testing of Lubricants, base oils and POL products at central Laboratory.

• In my two months internship, I learned the chromatography techniques, worked on pilot distillation plant .Also got handy knowledge about Gas chromatography, freezer dryer, Rotary vacuum evaporator and Glass manufacturing.
