• IT Standardization, Ministry Of Health (2016), ($720, 000): Advisory, AS-IS Assessment, TO-BE Strategy, and standardization for network infrastructure, IP Telephony, WAN, IT Security, Network services, Microsoft directory, Internet & IPVPN. Delivering a blueprint, HLD, and LLD templates for the wide-spread different branches across the kingdom.
• Network Backbone Overhaul, Zain Saudi (2015), ($1 Million): Design and implement DWDM / IPMPLS, 3G Off-loading, ISP-IGW, Full network management system through a full deployment lifecycle: CRD, HLD, LLD, NSP, NIP, NMP, NRFU, Configuration Files, Staging Reports, Testing Reports, Migration Reports, Knowledge Transfer, and Documentations Closure Handover.

The company awarded the contract of delivering all required technologies to manage around 1500 associates day-to-day business data by supplying the Network Infrastructure, IP Telephony, IP CCTV, Video Conferencing, Wireless Access Points, and Network Management. Plus Deploying, configuring, and integrating all network elements.
