1. Preparing Baseline Program as per Clause 14 /8.3 of Contract.
2. Defining the scope of the project according to specification.
3. Identifying the best series of events in logical sequence for the project to finish on time.
4. Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs.
5. Updating schedule based on actual work done, based on inputs from project team.
6. Prepare and analyze Productivity Reports and Targets.
7. Analyzing actual work done against approved baseline and highlighting Delays Occurred, to Project Manager.
8. Prepare Target programs and recovery programs, monitoring the programs and informing actual status to project manager.
9. Preparation of Control logs for Procurement (long lead) and subcontracting activities for monitoring during execution.
10. Finalizing the Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress Reports formats with Client / Consultant.
11. Reviewing the Material Submittal/Shop Drawing Submittal Lists and providing the required planned submission dates, and dates when the material/drawings are required at site
12. Attending all Site Progress meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors for presenting the progress.
13. Preparing Material Procurement Schedule, Resource Histogram, Equipment Histogram from Primavera program.
1. Prepares and submits weekly program of the project in consultation with Project Manager to client.
2. Prepares and submits Project Progress report (weekly/ monthly) in coordination with Project Manager and submit the same to the Consultant / Client for Approval.
3. Preparation of material procurement schedule in accordance with approved program.
4. Reports to the Project Manager the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provides corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
5. Attending weekly progress meetings with logistics department for a better co-ordination of works to be done according to planned vs achieved progress.
1. Maintains and updates the job schedule, manpower schedule and progress report in coordination with Construction, Procurement, Engineering, and relevant subcontractors
2. Prepares progress report as needed by the management and/or clients/consultants (e.g. Look Ahead Schedule, Recovery Program...)
3. Attend site coordination meetings as needed.
4. Visits sites as needed to monitor actual progress vs. planned
5. Supports Project Manager in developing revised plan
