• Responsible for managing and executing all remuneration payments for 2550 employees of Warid, Wincom and Warid International.
• Ensuring implementation of compensation & benefits policies through regional HR representatives.
• Key team member in the re-vamping of Policies & Processes of HR Department.
• Initiated and coordinated salary survey exercise through 3rd party to benchmark market practices
• Participated in review and implementation of new appraisal process.
• Responsible for all processes of final settlements, medicals & hospitalizations, leaves, incentives, bonuses etc.
• Responsible for managing the Life Insurance policy and coverage of all employees.
• Responsible for managing the employee’s terminal benefits (Provident Fund & Gratuity).
• Managing employee relations for all HR services.
• HR reporting to the management and board of directors.
• Training of country-wide HR staff on all Oracle HR modules.
• Liaison with IT on all technology related issues mainly on Oracle HR.
• Implementation of Oracle ERP 11i (HRMS, Procurement / Logistics, Finance) system company-wide.
• Major concentration in the HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service HR, iRecruitment, Oracle Discoverer, Training and Development module of Oracle ERP.
• Established Change Control Board (CCB) to entertain all ERP related change requests and their solution with deadlines.
• Writing of Monthly Management Report of C&B
• Compilation of C&B Activities for HR-E Bulletin
• GL Mapping of Cost Centers and Department Codes (Support to Finance for Post Payroll Data Pull)
• Leading all projects/assignments of HR- C&B team in correlation with other departments (Email accounts/Medical reconciliation/NLI Head count/resigned employee emails/personal file audit/policy folder update etc.)
