Responsibilities
• Played role of assistant between management and operations department
• Documentation and Follow up for the MEP projects with Client and consultants.
• Assisting Estimation Engineers in doing pricing for Electrical and Firefighting Projects.
• Maintaining Tender Enquiry and quotations log and estimation documentation
• Follow up with suppliers for quotations and doing price comparison
• Electrical, low current and Firefighting, Fire Alarm quantity measuring from Tender drawings for estimation purpose.
• Handled FIRE ALARM PROJECT - Installation and programming of Fire Alarm system of Honeywell VISTA WIRELESS CONTROL PANEL.

Practiced:
1. Attachment at Power Station that includes Distribution Transformer Factory.
2. Developing TR file that describes the production department that what is actually being required by the customer and how it has to be achieved for example kVA rating, connection type(vector group), cooling mechanism, design no, taps, losses quoted and calculated, temp rise, the cross sections of HV and LV windings, the dimensions (cross section area, height, width, steps etc) of core, type of HV and LV winding, total no. of layers in HV and LV, turns in each winding and many other features were included.
3. The electrical design of the Core, LT and HT windings.
4. Layouts and Body of Transformers were made on Pro-E and Auto Cad softwares.
5. Manufacturing and production of distribution transformers which includes:
• Winding section
• Core section
• Assembly section
• Tanking
• Paint
6. Tapping were made in H.V winding for the sake of convenience if voltage is up or down at H.V side
7. Applying different quality tests on Distribution transformers voltage up to 11 kV and ratings up to 10 MVA.
8. Operated CNC machine for different tasks.
9. Performing quality tests few of which were Transformer turns ratio test (TTR Test), Winding resistance test, Insulation resistance test (Meager Test), Induced voltage test, High voltage test (Separate source voltage), No load losses (Open circuit test), On load losses (Short circuit test) and Dielectric tests.
10. Worked in Inspection and quality control department with engineers to test the transformers working efficiency.
11. Manufacturing of energy meters, switchgears, kiosks, compact stations and shunt capacitor banks.
