my role is to handle team members who are involved in picking, putting away process and monitoring the inventory and need to plan for scheduling the vehicles of C5, FRESH, DAIRY and BEVERAGE which should be planned by N-1 data and the variance during inward and outward.

Audits: The regular audits and problem-solving functions are secluded according to manpower planned and clear the task by EOD.
Pallet scrap and 5S: The audits are performed daily and clear the defects of large item stow area. 5S the sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain the cycle are also performed at every end of shift to hand over the documents and file to next shift supervisor to clear the task.
Process Management: Declare and deploy the manpower to daily count audit and monitor the productivity of every AA’S and encoring them to reach the daily target of organization. Problem solving function: The daily task of PSB is discussed and planned according to the manpower availability in shift.
Focus of metrics: Conduct the start of shift (SOS) stand up elaborate the defects area and target of count to completed before IRDR, the Fast start and strong finish to achieve in every shift and keep track of ideal time of AAs Shift Wash: The report of task completed before the EOD and quantity of count, problem solving task are shared as report.
