Client: Ministry of Finance - Khartoum - Sudan.

Floor area = 475m2 - G.F + 4 Floors.
2. Accidents, Emergency, Cardiac and kidney Complex:
Floor area = 870m2 - Basement + G.F + 6 Floors.
3. Clinics’ Complex:
Floor area = 2150m2 - Basement + G.F + 7 Floors.
1- Leading Structural Teams working in company's project as Senior Structural Engineer.
2- Check, review, comment and response to all documents submitted by the Contractor such as Shop Drawings, Materials’ Submittals, Specifications, Request For Information (RFI), Work Permits, Method Statements, Request For Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformity Report (NCR).
3- Providing all structural technical solutions & support required in this Project.
4- Checking all structural analysis done by the Contractor if needed.
5- Checking any part of the project using Soft-Ware if required.
6- Attending Site Weekly Progress Meetings.
7- Check of complying of the buildings with IFC Drawings and Specifications prior to execution.
8- Responsible for the co-ordination with the Client with regard to matters relating to proper implementation of design at the proposed sites.
9- Responsible for the detailed structural design, detailed structural analysis, detailed reinforced concrete drawings and other design documents as per Construction Standards.
10- Responsible for the design, preparation and approval of the DC1 and DC2 drawings of the structures.
11- Responsible for the design of all structural members of the building.

13- Responsible for the preparation or the review of the specification.

7- Responsible for the revision and approval of weekly reports from Site Engineers.
8- Responsible for the studying and analysing the variation orders (if any) and its influence on the contractor’s contract.

10- Responsible for the analysis of any deviations in the time schedule and proposing the corrective action for this deviation.
11- Responsible for the approval of contractors invoices before submittal to the owner.
