Create, follow up and finalize campaigns to launch new programs.
A meeting with the producers, introduces us to the type of the new program and its target audience.
Therefore, we move to brainstorming and decide on the idea of the campaign.
Upon approval, we move to production stage; filming or rushes from archive.
Then, post production in which I edit and collaborate with the graphics department for final product.
After meeting the director and producer, I get the rushes and brief and move to edit the segments and reports creatively for Qatar National Day.
Created storyboards for promotions, follow up the promotions through the different stages, till finalization.
• Brainstorming and creating campaigns for different types of programs presented by the seven Arab Channels at Orbit.
• Created and edited specific and generic promotions for all Arab Channels.
• Everyday promotions: Created and edited promotions for different types of programs; local productions, movies, documentaries etc.
• Launching new programs: Created and directed campaigns to advertise new programs.
• General TV Identity: Created and directed general promotions in collaboration with graphic department to help revealing TV identity.
Produce and edit reports for programs like Al Osboo3 Fi Sa3a, Mele7 w Bhar.
• Young Artist: A weekly program presented by four kids, targeted to kids and teenagers.
The program was made of two parts:
1.The studio shooting: 4 anchors (kids) meet at the studio to discuss each time a topic. As the director I work with the kids to act naturally in front of the camera and then move to direct the crew from control room.
2. The report: An outdoor report related to the topic is shot outdoors with an anchor (kid) and a guest in the discussed field. As a director I control the crew to shoot in one to two cameras, and then move to edit by myself.
