• Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the business Manager and the HR Department.
• Design and develop Training & Development programs based on the organization’s and the individual's needs.
• Handle the process of new services induction and programs to the organization.
• Produce training materials for in-house use, and manage the delivery of the training program.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and online quizzes.
• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
• Process the organization’s internal announcements regarding updates on policies, changes on procedures, and hosted events.
• Ensure the overall implementation of the organization’s Health and Safety Policies for the prevention of injuries, illness and damage.
• Permit for confidence, innovation and customer delight to inspires performance and achieve the organizational mission and goals.
