• Reviewing architectural designs, master plans, and residential development submissions including residential, commercial,
mixed-use, and public projects, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Building Codes, Wadi Hanifa Building Code, and approved
urban development standards, while identifying technical non-compliance and providing recommendations to applicants.

management, and tracking of submission progress and decision timelines.

• Assisted in reviewing and assessing architectural drawings, site plans, and development submissions to ensure alignment with
basic municipal regulations, building codes, and design standards, while identifying common compliance gaps.
• Supported the permit evaluation and documentation verification process by checking completeness and accuracy of submissions,
contributing to smoother coordination between internal departments and external developers.
• Collaborated with senior engineers, planners, and municipal specialists to resolve technical issues, clarify design requirements,
and guide developers in meeting approval criteria.
