- Promote and monitor a performance management system including job descriptions, job standards, and target/objectives setting and performance review/evaluation elements.
- Develop an assessment system as means of selection for recruitment, promotion, and development of competencies relating to professional and personal career (Assessment Centre Concept).
-Target selection interviews, Train the trainers in instructing new programmes and using materials, job aids, survey, etc. as well as on-the-job training sessions. Evaluate effectiveness of facility trainers and training programmes. Responsible for overall administration of training activities.
-Holds budget for training and development.
-Present some administrative training programs (Orientation, Train-the-trainer, Giving Clear Instructions, Performance Appraisal, )
