Verification of documents and information that a work permit applicant has submitted and checking of the name of the applicant against our proprietary anti-fraud databases.
Conducting background checks on candidates with medical and professional qualifications. Checking include qualifications, experiences and licenses with the certification primary source.
Identifying visa applicants with illegitimate or misrepresented credentials and liaise with competent authorities.
Acting on behalf of ministries and governmental authorities and perform candidates checks on their behalf. Authorities we act for include:
• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Health Authority - Abu Dhabi (HAAD)
• National Health Authority (Qatar)
• Ministry of Health - Saudi Arabia, and many more.
Generating full and detailed reports in relation to candidates’ profiles examined and sending the same to authorities concerned.
In case of fake documentation, an official transcript is obtained from the respective authority stating the invalidity of documents checked.
Generating detailed reports about fake documentation and liaise with competent authorities to apply work ban on candidates in GCC countries.
Maintaining a database of medical professionals for future reference.
Effective and continuous communication with ministries and agencies through different channels including telephone, fax and email.
Establishing professional relationship with medical agencies and authorities all over the world.
Maintaining work knowledge in relation to servers, systems and databases operated by Data Flow Group.
Working on MOH system to Audit the medical staff documents.
Reject & approve the applications according to MOH requirement.
Meeting the medical staff when they applying at MOH & work as a junction between them & MOH..
Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. \n Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; coordinating case preparation. \n Conserves Associates’ time by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences, and Associate meetings; scheduling couriers, court reporters, and other special functions; coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations and preparing expense reports. \n Maintains Associates’ calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, dispositions, and travel; recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings, and filing requirements; monitoring evidence-gathering; anticipating changes in transaction preparation requirements. \n Represents Associates by communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to Associate. \n Generates revenues by documenting and inputting Associates billable time and reimbursable expenses; preparing invoices. \n Tracking payments via contacting clients on a regular basis and update Collections reports and arrange for cheques collections, inform Associates accordingly. \n Maintains client confidence by keeping client/Associate information confidential. \n Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing, both soft and hard copies, and updating electronic system; recording meeting discussions; maintaining transcripts; documenting and maintaining correspondence. \n Updates job knowledge by participating in educational and training sessions and reading professional publication. \n Enhances department and organization reputation fast response to new clients and general queries and direct them to the concerned person and react directly when necessary. \n Lend bilingual assistance to Associates and secretaries in other departments.
