 Verification of documents and information that a work permit applicant has submitted and checking of the name of the applicant against our proprietary anti-fraud databases.
 Conducting background checks on candidates with medical and professional qualifications. Checking include qualifications, experiences and licenses with the certification primary source.
 Identifying visa applicants with illegitimate or misrepresented credentials and liaise with competent authorities.
 Acting on behalf of ministries and governmental authorities and perform candidates checks on their behalf. Authorities we act for include:
• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Health Authority - Abu Dhabi (HAAD)
• National Health Authority (Qatar)
• Ministry of Health - Saudi Arabia, and many more.
 Generating full and detailed reports in relation to candidates’ profiles examined and sending the same to authorities concerned.
 In case of fake documentation, an official transcript is obtained from the respective authority stating the invalidity of documents checked.
 Generating detailed reports about fake documentation and liaise with competent authorities to apply work ban on candidates in GCC countries.
 Maintaining a database of medical professionals for future reference.
 Effective and continuous communication with ministries and agencies through different channels including telephone, fax and email.
 Establishing professional relationship with medical agencies and authorities all over the world.
 Maintaining work knowledge in relation to servers, systems and databases operated by Data Flow Group.
 Working on MOH system to Audit the medical staff documents.
 Reject & approve the applications according to MOH requirement.
 Meeting the medical staff when they applying at MOH & work as a junction between them & MOH..
